Regular Retail Orders Refunds
-If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 14 days.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method).

Digital Refunds
- Due to the nature of the file once purchased you will receive an instant PDF to download that is permanent
and therefore no refunds or cancellations can be offered. Please ask any questions about digital downloads that you may have prior! If you have any problems with your download or file please feel free to contact us info@sevensymbolsofkwanzaa.com and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible!
Please note that ALL orders require a signature at delivery. Therefore, no refund is applicable if orders are returned due to unclaimed, incorrect address, NO signature, or was placed more than 60 days ago. Instead, a store credit will be issued to you within 24 hours the item is returned. A store credit can be used to buy other goods in our online store in the amount of the item's last sale price at purchase. We are not responsible for any additional shipping fees or cost.
Any goods returned will incur a 15% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping.
